have been running a dedicated full facility unit for the last
15 years. During which we have carefully handpicked and assembled
an extremely experienced and skilled manpower resource, in
all critical areas of operation. Design, make ready, stock
level control, production planning monitoring, quality control,
finishing, packing, shipping/documentation and client interface.
One of the key pointers that make our pitch viable is the
fact that we have the entire manufacturing resource under
one large, dedicated roof. Right from start-up operations
to dispatch.
OUR WORK FORCE:
Over the years we have set very high standards for ourselves
and achieved them through the committed application of finely
honed skills, at the highly capable hands of our work force.
Today our average production cycle turns out 1000 garments
in an eight-hour shift and this capacity can be more than
doubled to meet off shore production needs.
A NEW PRESPECTIVE ON DESIGN COMPATIBILITY:
 There
are basically two ways we can illustrate the point here. The
most practical way of course is to sample-execute a design
for you according to your specifications. The other is to
underline the fact that we have been working on widely accepted
international production methods over these years. With systems
that involve a careful analysis of design parameters, fabric
specifications, instructions on acessories and other finer
aspects.
